Location of glucagon-like peptide-1 immunoreactive ceus in the gastrointestinal tract of rat and foetus
Wang Shushan,et al
Abstract The localization of GLP-1 immunoreactive cells of gastrointestinal tract of rat and foetus were studlied by immunohistochemical ABC method. The results indicated that the hightest GLP-1 immunoreactive cells density of rat occurred in the ileum, next in the colon and rectum, the hightest GLP-1 immunoreactive cells censity of foetus occurred in the rectum, next in the colon and ileum.
